Yes we deliver to anywhere in Barbados, free of charge. - Does Brydens Xpress ship overseas?
No. We will, therefore, not be able to accept or process any orders originating outside of Barbados. - Do I need an account with Brydens Xpress to order from the website?
Yes you need to be a registered customer to order from our website. If you are not registered, you may click here to do so.
After you register you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your application. If approved an account number will be assigned to you or the company you represent. All existing Brydens Xpress customers need to register to be able to purchase online. - How do I register if I am already a Brydens Xpress customer?
Click on the Register link on the homepage or click here. Existing customers would need to fill out the form but do not need sign and submit it again. - Can only companies register?
No. Brydens Xpress will sell and deliver to anyone in Barbados who has an account with our company. Invariably, the majority of customers are businesses, banks, organisations and retailers, but everyone is welcome to apply. - How will I know if my order is received?
You will be notified via email when you place an order that your order has been forwarded to us and it will be processed on the next business day. - When can I expect delivery?
Most order will be delivered the on the next business day, provided the items are in stock. Any questions about your order may be directed to queries@brydensxpress.com . - What is your return policy?
If any item fails to perform as stated or is damaged in some way upon delivery, the item may be replaced or the purchase cost refunded at the discretion of Management in consultation with the customer. There is no return or exchange on ink toners, ink cartridges, pen refills or batteries. To arrange an exchange or refund, please contact us via telephone or email us at queries@brydensxpress.com . All returns must be accompanied by an original invoice and each case will be treated individually. - How do I pay for the items I order?
The items you order from us will be charged to your account and you will be billed accordingly. Right now we do not offer direct purchase from the site using credit card or money order. Payment can be made by cheque or cash delivered to our office or payments may be made COD upon delivery of the goods. - Do your drivers take cash or cheques?
Yes. Our drivers take both cash and cheques, however all cheques must first be approved by management of Brydens Xpress.
