Yes. Our drivers take both cash and cheques, however all cheques must first be approved by management of Brydens Xpress.

Payment can be made by cheque or cash upon delivery of goods or be charged to your existing account with our company.

We offer free delivery of most of our products to anywhere in Barbados. Only a few of our items like office safes and filing cabinets which are exceptionally heavy and/or require special delivery expertise are subject to a delivery fee.

No. We will, therefore, not be able to accept or process any orders originating outside of Barbados.

Yes you need to be a registered customer to order from our website. If you are not registered, you may click here to do so. Registering online does not automatically give you a charge account with Brydens Xpress Inc. but does allow you to place COD orders online.

If you would like to apply for a charge account for your company you can request an account application form by email. The completed, signed and authorized application form in original has to be send back to our office for approval. If approved we will contact you with your charge account number.

All existing Brydens Xpress customers still need to register online in order to place orders via the website.

Click on the Register link on the homepage or click here. Just enter your name and email address and submit.  Once you receive our confirmation of registration email you are ready to start placing orders.

You will be notified via email when you place an order that your order has been forwarded to us and it will be processed on the next business day.

Most order will be delivered the on the next business day, provided the items are in stock. Any questions about your order may be directed to queries@brydensxpress.com .

If any item fails to perform as stated or is damaged in some way upon delivery, the item may be replaced or the purchase cost refunded at the discretion of Management in consultation with the customer. There is no return or exchange on ink toners, ink cartridges, pen refills or batteries. To arrange an exchange or refund, please contact us via telephone or email us at queries@brydensxpress.com . All returns must be accompanied by an original invoice and each case will be treated individually.
